Request account deletion
Use this form to request deletion of your VeriBag account without signing in. We send a confirmation link to the email address first, so no one else can request deletion of your account.
What will be deleted
- Account profile and sign-in credentials.
- Bag library and trip records tied to your account.
- Active sessions and device association records.
What may be retained
Non-identifiable cryptographic evidence records, Merkle roots, Bitcoin anchors, and signed receipts may be retained because public blockchain anchors cannot be removed after publication.
